Often Sunday morning at Haiku North America is the time when people start heading to the airport. Because of this, some HNA schedules have little Sunday programming.
However, because the Tanka Society of America is hosting "Tanka Sunday" on the Queen Mary immediately following the closing of HNA at noon, we do have a full morning of programming planned:

Tanka Sunday is being held on the Queen Mary from 1 pm to 9 pm on Sunday, August 18th. It requires a separate registration:

The program features Professor Steven D. Carter as the keynote speaker. Additional speakers, readers, and performers include Margaret Chula, Amelia Fielden, Marilyn Hazelton, Peggy Heinrich, Mariko Kitakubo, Genie Nakano, David Rice, Kozue Uzawa, Michael Dylan Welch, and Kathabela Wilson.
