We are eager to welcome you to our 2025 Haiku North America meeting location at the Holiday Inn Golden Gateway at 1500 Van Ness Avenue, centrally located in downtown San Francisco, at the west end of the city’s famous cable car line.

The discounted Haiku North America conference rate ($219 per night per room, plus taxes) is available through our Haiku North America conference link up to and including August 25, 2025. Please reserve your room as soon as possible. The rate will be available as long as rooms are available, but we expect them to sell out.

Note: After you click the preceding link, you will need to input your arrival and departure dates, then click the green search button. The discount rate on the hotel website will work only for the nights of September 24 to 28, but the hotel will extend the rate to dates before and after our conference if you contact the Holiday Inn Golden Gateway in-house reservations department by emailing your request to Will Ovando at [email protected] or by phoning him directly at 415-441-3021 (best to call during weekday business hours in the Pacific time zone, but you can leave a message at any time). Please provide your name, reservation number (if applicable), and the pre/post nights you are interested in booking.

If you want to book a room for more than two people, please phone or email William Ovando at the hotel to request a room that can accommodate more.

If you want to share a room with someone, but need help finding a roommate, please see our Room Sharing page.

See Holiday Inn facility photos, many of which we also show here.
