REGISTRATION INFORMATION

NOTE: Registration fees went up 20% as of August 2. We are still accepting registrations up to the start of the conference, however. Please follow the procedures below or contact us by e-mail at [email protected].

By postal mail:  Please download the printable HNA 2017 REGISTRATION FORM, complete it, and mail it — one copy for each registrant together with your check for payment to:

US dollar checks should be made out to “Haiku North America 2017.”

You may also register by e-mail and pay by PayPal. Please download and complete the Registration Form form and e-mail it to HNA at [email protected] — one copy for each registrant. At the bottom of the Registration Form page you will find the option to pay conference fees by PayPal. Please complete the PayPal data, and pay the Total Amount.

Refunds of conference registration fees will be available at no charge until August 1, 2017, but after that date will be subject to a 20% penalty.

Hotel room reservations. Please book your accommodations separately. Go to the Conference Hotel page for more information and instruction on how to book rooms.

Optional pre-conference tours of the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, Wednesday, September 13, 3–5 p.m. Special arrangements have been made for private tours of the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum. To join the tour, you must register in advance by emailing Sondra Byrnes at [email protected] by August 25, 2017. The admission fee of $13 per person will be collected at the Museum.
