About Haiku North America

Haiku North America (HNA) is one of the largest gatherings of haiku poets in the United States and Canada. It is a long weekend full of papers, panels, workshops, readings, performances, book sales, and much socialization with fellow poets, translators, scholars, editors, and publishers. Both established and aspiring haiku poets are welcome. HNA conferences take place every two years. For details about the next conference, see HNA 2009.

Haiku North America is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation based in California. It is independent of all other haiku organizations.
