Haiku Society of America — A nonprofit organization founded in 1968 to promote the writing and appreciation of haiku in the United States. Also publisher of the journal Frogpond.

Haiku International Association — Formed in 1989 by the leadership of the three main haiku organizations, with members in Japan and other countries.

The Haiku Foundation — A nonprofit organization aiming to preserve and archive the accomplishments of the first century of haiku in English, and to provide resources for its expansion in our next.

Haiku Canada — A society of haiku poets and enthusiasts founded in 1977 to support haiku writing and appreciation in Canada.

Haiku Northwest — A friendly haiku poetry group that meets monthly in the Seattle area and runs the annual Seabeck Haiku Getaway—everyone welcome!

Modern Haiku — A leading English-language magazine that publishes haiku, haibun, senryu, essays, and book reviews related to contemporary haiku.

British Haiku Society — Cultivating the appreciation and writing of haiku in the United Kingdom. Also publisher of the journal Blithe Spirit.

Australian Haiku Society 
-- Promoting the enjoyment of haiku within Australia and bringing Australian writers to the world community.

Yuki Teikei Haiku Society — A group that fosters the art of writing haiku in English using traditional guidelines developed by haiku poets in Japan. Also runs the annual Asilomar haiku retreat in Pacific Grove, California.

American Haiku Archives — The world’s largest public collection of haiku and related poetry books and papers outside Japan, located in Sacramento, California.
