​American Haiku Archives — Houses the world’s largest public collection of haiku and related poetry books and papers outside Japan, located at the California State Library in Sacramento, California (includes the Haiku Society of America archives).

​Australian Haiku Society — Promotes the enjoyment of haiku within Australia and bringing Australian writers to the world community.

British Haiku Society — Cultivates the appreciation and writing of haiku in the United Kingdom. Also publisher of the journal Blithe Spirit.

Haiku Canada — A society of haiku poets and enthusiasts founded in 1977 to support haiku writing and appreciation in Canada, with an annual conference and the twice-yearly publication of Haiku Canada Review.

The Haiku Foundation — Dedicated to preserving and archiving the accomplishments of the first century of haiku in English, and to provide resources for its expansion in our next.

Haiku International Association — Formed in 1989 by the leadership of the three main haiku organizations, with members in Japan and other countries, to foster worldwide understanding and appreciation of haiku.

Haiku Northwest — A friendly haiku poetry group that meets monthly in the Seattle area and runs the annual Seabeck Haiku Getaway and Porad Haiku Award. Everyone welcome!

Haiku Poets of Northern California — Active haiku group founded in 1989 in San Francisco, holding regular meetings, the annual Two Autumns reading, and various contests.

Haiku Society of America — Founded in 1968 to promote the writing and appreciation of haiku in the United States. Also publishes the journal Frogpond and holds numerous contests.

Modern Haiku — A leading English-language magazine that publishes haiku, haibun, senryu, essays, and book reviews related to contemporary haiku.

Southern California Haiku Study Group — Holds monthly meetings celebrating haiku, along with other events, and publishes an annual membership anthology.

Yuki Teikei Haiku Society — Fosters the art of writing haiku in English using traditional guidelines developed by haiku poets in Japan. Also runs the annual Asilomar haiku retreat in Pacific Grove, California and publishes Geppo​.
