Book Fair
HNA 2023 will host a Book Fair at which conference participants may exhibit and sell their books. Participation in the Book Fair is free to registered HNA participants. No fee is charged to use table space and HNA will not take a percentage of sales.
Any persons looking to sell books at the Haiku North America Book Fair must complete the Book Fair Form and return it via email to [email protected] by June 15, 2023. Be sure to include the author or press’ name, a physical address, and a full listing of books for sale by title, author, and price. If selling more than twelve books please use a second form.

Sellers will be expected to adhere to the terms and conditions detailed on the form.
Book Fair Hours
At present, Book Fair hours are expected to be as follows:
Wednesday, June 28: 2pm – 5pm
Thursday, June 29: Closed
Friday, June 30: 10am – 5pm
Saturday, July 1: 10am – 5pm
Sunday, July 2: 8 – 12pm
All authors / presses agree to remove all books from the Book Fair prior to noon, on Sunday, July 2, 2023. The Book Fair space will be closed at that time and all remaining books will be discarded.
Assistance with Getting Books to the Conference
For sellers with large inventories of books, we expect to have a physical address that you can ship books to.
